We use appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. Information about cards and access to payment systems is not stored on the server of the online store, it is properly encoded, so third parties cannot read it.

Protection of personal data

Serving d.o.o. undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user in accordance with ZVOP-1. Website for an indefinite period of time or until the cancellation is received by the individual user, it stores the following data of online store users: first and last name, e-mail address, contact phone number, primary address and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration (if registration is enabled) and communication archive.

We use the specified personal data exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order (sending informative material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication with registered users of the online store. Under no circumstances will the user’s data be given to unauthorized persons. All confidential information transmitted over the Internet (personal information, purchase information and payment card numbers) is properly encoded so that third parties cannot read it.

For unregistered users – guests, we keep the following data until the order is fulfilled: first and last name, e-mail address, contact phone number, primary address and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and communication archive.

The user himself is also responsible for the protection of personal data, namely by ensuring the security of his e-mail address, username and password, as well as the appropriate software (anti-virus) protection of his computer.

Termination of registration

Registration in the online store is generally disabled. If registration is enabled and you would like to cancel your registration in “My Account”, please email info@servingdoo.si. To verify the authenticity of the data, we will contact you and finally confirm the cancellation of your registration. The request for cancellation of registration must be sent from the email address with which the user account was opened. Within 15 days of receiving your request to cancel registration, we will delete your personal data and inform you about it.
